Natalie Lorenz hails from beautiful South Africa but has been fortunate to call the United States her home for 20 years. Her working career has taken her from the corporate world to small business ownership, professional motherhood, and ultimately to spearheading Casa Novay Design, Decorus Art and The Stickery.
Leading a team of award-winning luxury vacant home stagers, Natalie transformed Decorus from an incubator startup into a 7-figure business in just 5 years before successfully selling the company in 2024. Her exceptional work earned her recognition as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging for four consecutive years.
A sought-after speaker at numerous real estate and staging conferences, Natalie has delivered talks ranging from luxury home staging to staging logistics. She has served as a leader in the staging industry for over 7 years and holds multiple prestigious certifications including Certified Staging Professional, Staging Design Professional, Short Term Rental Stylist, and Certified Color Consultant.
Today, Natalie runs Casa Novay Design in Florida, focusing on turnkey home setups. She also serves on the leadership teams of Decorus Art, a reproduction art specialist, and The Stickery, a sticker and label business, continuing to innovate across multiple ventures in the design industry.
